This project explored invasive species problems and the second-generation problems brought about by the "solutions" meant to solve them. This lesson was collaboratively planned with the Grade 9 science teacher at Buffalo Academy of the Sacred Heart, Mrs. Melanie Whitney. I instructed all three Grade 9 biology classes in the use of the library's electronic databases and citation tools, created multiple class wikis and instructed both students and teachers in their use. I monitored the research process through the wikis and offered support and feedback both in person during library hours and digitally during off- hours.
